Today, we practiced keynote and finished it. We were practicing a lot like 5 times. We edit the keynote a little but more. We were all re assigning of what were are going to say and keep practicing and looking them over.
Today, we were practicing our keynote and Ms. Thorn was checking out keynote and made some changes and edit it. We added guiding question and a table of contents. We are almost ready, we just need to practice our lines. Today, we finished our keynote. At first it had long sentences but we fixed it. We also printed Hilary master plan, the script for the keynote. practiced couple of times. Our challenge we are facing is organization because at the end, were were not really organized. Today, we are starting making our poster and finding pictures. We also finished our keynote plan. We started our poster. Kate made all the paragraphs and Hillary made the cool title. We will only make a plan for the video but not do it because we don't want to do it. Below is the keynote plan. Today, we started planing our action and watched the tapped video. We decided to make a poster and a movie. The poster will have info about BPA. This will aware the school about it. The same thing with the movie. Our Idea for the movie is gangs buying BPA because gangs do or take harmful things like drugs, alcohol, guns, etc... Basically, the video will replace all of the things I said with BPA. So there will be a guy walking up to a man and asking for BPA. He give's it to him and then it will pause. It will say things about BPA and what it can do. Then it starts playing again and stops. Then it will say something like Think Before you drink, drink tap water. Today, we just research. We found good websites like the ones below. I found 2 good videos on the Fox News websites. One of them was interviewing a man that has a company with no BPA in baby bottles. Its called borne free. Kate, hilary and matthew had found some good websites down below. We also got an email from Armon's mom saying that she can't answer them right now because shes busy but she has a colleague that can. Her name is Ms. Candelori and we will replay with questions. For the Task Definition, our mission statement says "Our group is committed to finding out if BPA is hazardous. If so, we inform HKA and make a difference. We will strive to discover and to research BPA for science and for the good of HKA, and save them from the plight of BPA." We have some question for our research like what is BPA and Why do they use it. Our sources are Armon's mom, websites, books and primary sources. We have also chose jobs for everybody. I, Robert, am the reporter, Kate is the secretary, Hillary is the task manager and Matthew is the Group leader. For the Service Contract, it was almost like the task definition but planing interviews. We all singed it and handed it in. For the Service plan, we did some more planing with dates, sources and more questions. By the time we were done, we sent an email to Armon's mom. ans we are waiting for a reply. We asked her some question about BPA because she is the vice president of BAYER witch is a company that makes industrial products but mostly aspirin. We are also starting to research about BPA. Our Task Definition Document. This is the letter that Matthew Choy sent to Armon's mom. |
